Once we develop an application, or if a client
comes to us with an existing application, we provide maintenance services.
Computer software is a lot more "organic" than people sometimes think. Datasets grow,
functionality needs to be tweaked as business rules change, 3rd-party software or integrated systems change, and
patches need to be applied. Not unlike a well-tuned car, a software application needs some attention and TLC
along the way to keep it running smoothly.
We provide a combination of dedicated and shared resources to ensure that your application
continues to perform optimally. We also make ourselves available for troubleshooting and ad-hoc
reporting as needed. All maintenance tickets are tracked through our web-based issue tracking system that
puts technical resources in direct contact with clients and provides complete transparency into our maintenance process.
